Who we are
tomorrow.codes is the personal studio site of Wladimir Karpicki, an independent delivery and engineering consultancy. For any privacy question, write to hello@tomorrow.codes.
What data we collect
Two things, both consent-based. First, what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, and your message. Second, aggregate usage statistics via Google Analytics 4, which loads only after you accept cookies in the banner. We do not run accounts, newsletters, or advertising pixels.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We read your message and reply to your inquiry. That is all. The legal basis is your consent: by submitting the form you ask us to contact you back (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Who else sees it
The form is relayed by FormSubmit.co, which forwards the submission to our mailbox, and our email provider stores that message. Usage statistics are collected through Google Tag Manager and processed by Google under the Google Analytics 4 terms. We never sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
As long as it takes to answer your inquiry. If we start working together, we keep the correspondence for the duration of the business relationship and any legal duties that follow from it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or hand over your personal data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@tomorrow.codes and we will act on your request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Children
This site is a professional portfolio and is not directed at anyone under 16.
Security
We apply reasonable technical measures to protect the little data we hold. Plain email communication has its limits, so please do not include secrets in your message.
Changes to this policy
If the site changes, this page changes too. The date at the top always tells you which version you are reading.
